The 2025 TFA State Sabre Competition will be held Saturday 6thDecember at the Tarremah Steiner School Hall.

Divisions open for registration this year:

• U17
• Open

Please note that we need a minimum of 4 fencers per category to be able to run each event. If there are not enough registations for each category by the registration closing day, categories may be combined where possible or cancelled.

Previous sabre fencing experience (at least training) is required  - if you are unsure, please talk to your coach.

Entry fees are:

• $25 for a single division
• $40 for two divisions (use discount code 2EVENTS when registering)

The planned schedule for the day is as follows:

• U17 & Open, pool rounds commence at 9:30 am.

Please ensure that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your event start time to allow for equipment inspections, registration and warm up.

We welcome any volunteers to help with setting up from 8:30am, running the tournament and packing up at the end of the day. 

Experienced fencers might need to help with refereeing where required.
